With its compound leverage action and hardened M2 alloy steel blade inserts, this cutter resists nicks and chipping, ensuring long-lasting cutting performance. It is ideal for cutting hardened round diameter materials up to 5/32". The center pivot bolt is threaded into the bottom blade to hold adjustment and allow re-adjustment if necessary after extensive use.
